Default Convert bilge blower for boat to work in a house?

http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eB....cWAT.m240.lVI Im trying to figure out how I could hook this up inside my house. Im trying to use it in an aquarium and Im not sure how to convert it for indoor use.
