I wasn't a helper on this job, I roughed in the slab and did recon for the office.
Why quit my day job when I can keep it while others are making 1/2 what I make?
Why go out on my own at 24 when I can learn so much from the estimators/PM's and owner of this company and get paid to do what I love?
One day I will go out on my own, but now is not the time.

Now, if the resi work were to pick up again like it was 2-7 years ago, that would be another story.
