Use a similar one all the time (the one from Grainger).

I have the older ElectriCalc Pro 5060. When I bought it had the 1999 code chip in it. I updated it in both 2002 and in 2005. The good news is that according to Calculated Industries, the 2005 chip, as far as calculations are concerned, is identical to the 2008 chip, so I don’t need to update it again this code cycle.
I think the feature I use the most, next to standard calculator functions, is the voltage drop feature. It’s accurate and makes it easy to do quick, on the spot Vd calcs. It actually has so many features I don’t remember how to use them all, so I always keep the instruction booklet behind the calculator in the rhino hard case.
