Cordless Power...
Since the booming of 18v/28v/36v lithium powered tools have any of you totally converted to only using cordless tools for your day to day work, leaving the corded tools in the truck?

The only thing I have used a corded drill for in the last 2 years is hole saws larger than 2" and self feed bits larger than 1-1/2". I only have used my Bosch rotary hammer for masonry drilling larger than 1/2". For all other drilling I am happy with my Milwaukee 18V hammer drill. For driving I love my Bosch Impactor. My corded Sawzall hasn't been out of the case for a looooong time!

I am pretty much in agreement with amptech. I use corded drills for very large self feeds and hole saws and a corded bandsaw for cutting a lot of strut or large conduit. For service work and normal day to day control installs, I'm cordless. Here's my line up:
Bosch: 10.8v lithium
Impactor for all screws and lags.
I driver for tight spots
DeWalt 18v ni cads:
4" angle grinder for cutting
1/2" impact for driving slug busters
jig saw for cutouts
spiral cutter for box cutouts
metal shear for cutting access doors
radio
Milwaukee: 2.4v ni cad
screwdriver for 6-32 and other light machine screws
18v ni cads:
1/2" hammer drill for general drilling and conduit reamer
1/2" RAD for augers and hole saws
1 1/8" SDS for masonary holes to 7/8"
Sawzall for conduit and strut
Hatchet sawzall for cutting wood
misc.:
led droplights

I've been eyeballing a four piece (hammerdrill, impact, sawzall, light) Milwaukee v18 kit with a bonus mail-in for free radio at the orange depot @ $399. I guess I would need to add another battery or two to get through a days work if I went mostly cordless.

I'm a dinosaur. I still use a DeWalt 14.4 drill.
Sawzall, hammer drill and skil saw are 24v, so I can use the 120v AC adapter when it's available.
