Default Iphone 4

Ok gentlemen, just got the new iPhone and wanted to get some good ideas of how some of you guys who have it, use it in the trade. Oh and sorry ahead of time, I'm sure this topic is worn out by now.

I am waiting to August/September for the Iphone 5.

Most phone companies have a 30 day return policy -- I'd take it back and
wait for the next generation.

Just my opinion.

Coolest thing I have seen is using them with CAD drawings so no more paper plans!

Besides the apps used for work, I like to tease the grandkids and take control of the mouse & computer remotely.

Ya, with the ET app, I don't need to boot the computer as often.

Oh gosh, I'm a hack,, my friends live inside my phone.

edit: wish the ET app had a "Thanks" button.

I use wire pro, circuit pro and motor pro regularly. They are not perfect, but if you keep in mind code rules (small wire OCPD, etc.), they are a big help on the job.

Just remember to delete any nasty pictures of yourself if you ever decide to give it away. A guy I know gave me his when he upgraded. Full of pictures of him and his girlfriend doing the nasty.

I'm waiting for the iPhone 5 (or iPhone 4S, or whatever they decide to call it) coming out in September. It's supposed to have the processor from the iPad2 and will be much faster. The only annoying part is putting up with the aging iPhone 3G in the meantime.

I also have a 3G.
Check to insure you still get grandfathered into your original unlimited Data package.
Don't let them fool you with a "new" plan.

Us old 3G people are the only ones left with the old ATT data rate's. Everyone from 3GS on got the shaft.

It will have the iPad 2 processor and add an additional 2MB to the camera, among a few other upgrades.

As soon as the iPhone 5 is released they will be talking about the iPhone 6.

Are you going to wait for that one?

If you are always worried about the latest and greatest, you will never enjoy the current technology.

Since this is mac related, the macrumors forum is filled with "buy now or wait for the 2013 updated model" threads. There are at least 4 posts like that a day, its absurd.
