I know lol the paladin ones look strange . I think the punch and hammer on the mut would be good for 4x4 boxes when your in a bind , wonder if the blade would be good enough for stripping teck cable ?

The MUT is a fantastic tool, but not at all for electrical work. Even the multis with wire strippers aren't for professional electrical work, more of a quick backup.
Overall the Charge and Wave are high quality tools that you will use much more than you think you will. I carry a Charge most days and switch it up with a pocket knife on the others. You pay more for it but the Charge has nicer scales and a more comfortable grip, IMO, but the Wave is essentially the same tool.

I like the surge, but I broke the blade off, lost the screwdriver tip, and snapped the glasses screw driver.. Maybe I should just use my Buck 119 from now on..

I also have a Surge, it's a nice tool but it's very heavy. I don't really like carrying it around much, it'll pull your pants down.
For you guys breaking your blades, leatherman has a 25 year warranty and they will fix or replace it.

It's a tank for sure, but the full sized scissors make it worth it! I wear the belt pouch.
