Default Sears sells Fluke?

It must be about 5 years since I went into a sears store and I was surprised at what the had in stock tool wise. Fluke, Greenlee, Wiha and some Knipex. Very limited selection but I always thought they were strictly Craftsman.

Here in Canada I've seen pretty much nothing but Craftsmen and Stanley at Sears.

Sears is my favorite store.

I recently saw Craftsman tools at Ace hardware. Maybe they had them forever but I just noticed.

Some big shot from Sears finally decided to take a walk in HD and see what they are selling..

About time Sears stopped the bleeding and try something different..

They are closing a bunch of under performing stores soon..

I haven't been inside a Sears store for 4-5 years, and I remember seeing Fluke there.

You can buy craftsman sockets at Menards now. I just saw about a 100 piece set there.

Kmart bought out Sears a few years ago when they were heading for bankruptcy. That sounds far-fetched especially since Kmart was heading the same way. But a guy, I can't remember who he is, bought out Kmart and then Sears and revamped them both. I have a nephew that works for Sears and he told me the whole story but I can't remember it all.

I shop at Sears often, probably my most frequented tool stores.

I didn't realize just how many tools they have, I guess I just always associated them with craftsmen only.

There is a Sears Hardware store near me and it's all craftsman. I guess that is what gave me the idea they were a one brand tool store.
