Default AIA A 401 document

I have spent most of the morning trying to find a blank AIA A 401 form on the net. Is this something that HAS to be bought?
Do you guys know of a shareware sight for this?

AIA Documents have to be bought. You can't get them for free. If you are working for a GC ask them to provide you the forms you need. That's what I did.

Yea, I figured that out shortly after I started the thread.

It appears as though everytime you write one you have to purchase it.
On average 14.00 a doc.
There is no electronic downloading available either.
