Default Big Orange took away copper prices online?

Ok, I know Big O revamped their contractor oriented presence online and I just noticed you can't find their copper prices for larger quantities of NM (250/1000ft.), THHN (500ft.) etc. anymore.

Am I missing something because the new "Pro" side is a joke....not that I expected much, but I find it funny that I got this email months ago about how they were making changes to the contractor side and it would be so much better yada yada yada....

If you're getting a large quanity the price will fluctuate with the commodities market on a daily basis.

Yeah, they totally ruined the pro site. It was great because you could check prices on stuff really easily. I don't know what they were thinking.

Yeah at this point I only buy NM at the depot, my suppliers are much more expensive than them & at this point in time it is worth the extra stop.

Did you send customer service a letter asking for "clarification" of their new policy?

I never used the pro site, so I don't know how it was before

Usually it refers to an incident in which a person overpays for something.. whether or not something is a ripoff, on the other hand, is in the eye of the beholder. (the guys on this forum who don't see a problem) Example.. Paying $6450.00 for a simple 150A service change, which is 4X the going rate

No, but I should. The old site had everything they sold in the store with a price on it. It was great.

OMG totally agree. Maybe we should start a "WTF happened to your site" thread and send it to them...... Like the Klien tool one...
Their web site sucks now. I dont even bother with it anymore. I even got a 20 percent coupon and didnt bother because I got so irritated with their site.
