Just curious is there any small commercial contractors out there who have the cash flow who would consider partnering up????? From the central valley california..

Would this be for the work you have under contract for the tenant improvements?

you should bid the jobs then sub them out to others who need the work then take a small fee of that job, continue to do the same thing by working on your stuff. this will increase cash flow. i have done it on houses cause i am not to good at doing them but good at bidding them. believe me it works! you partner up with some one you do not know very well or long and you wil def get burned.
