Default Flat Rate

For the guys that flat rate could you give an idea of some charges?

We flat rate for certain repairs and test, I started this years ago when I noticed I would go to a GFP trip and the EC had been on site 8 hours trying to resolve the issue I would be there 30 minutes and have the customer back on line. THe EC would bill for 8 and my 3 (travel portal to portal) and no one complained I decided I should get at least something for having the knowledge to solve issues.

Adsditionally we have changed to a 4 hour minimum for EM calls.
