bad color scheme,Need better picture and need both owners, don,t put a "specialty" on the home page if the are not needing a generator they probably won't read any further. The logo should match on everything you use it on I am not sure what the symbol between the letters JM is.

The symbol is the and sign. Thanks for the front page comment. Color maybe a little ticky tacky. Pics are coming. Like I said just a start.

Ok so the font is a issue I am hearing so that will get changed. The and sign is the issue. Other than that any guidance would be great. Thanks

i would lose the 10 years of general construction part and the 5 years of specialized. what I read is you only have 5 years of electrical knowledge. this is a hard call but I would drop the IBEW reference as some generals don't care for unions.

The union thing I know is an issue with some generals.

So what about the links and youtube...$40 puts awesome sound on your XP and Vista for plug and play. Maybe not in Canada, but sound is a must on a Website. (Don't go on the net without it.) rbj

Music distracts fron content, nothing worse than a site having music with no volume control. Your taste in music may not be your customers. Most people associate music with being put on hold. If I am checking your site from work I don't want music blaring from my computer.

The font is much bigger in IE7 than it is in Firefox or Chrome. The "&" still looks screwed up in all three though. Probably just a part of the font you picked out. Was this made from one of the hosting companies website templates?

Nice site, I would proof read your services page. I think I saw grammer problem under the industrial/Ag. Section.

Well I agree if it is blaring rap or carpenters rock n roll such as the gorilla music on a construction site. Having background sounds of a soothing ocean surf puts the observer at ease while looking at a beach scene with a logo on business truck parked in the background.

A reassuring message from a nice young lady in the foreground would help sell your credibility. Maybe the reader doesn't want to read and would rather listen. That is creative marketing on a cool note. rbj
