In Florida you must submit financial records and have 10k in the bank before getting your State EC license. A truck, tools, office supplies and materials cost money.......

I happen to think right now is a good time to start a business. No better time to build business skill. If you survive the next few years, you'll be established enough for when the economy turns the corner. If you are able to be successful now, you'll be overwhelmingly successful when things get better.

Besides, if you wait until the economy turns around, then you'll be up against every Tom, **** and Harry who want to hang out their own shingles while singing "Happy Days are Here Again".

They're the outfit that produced Windows. You know, the 256-bit upgrade for their 128-bit software for a 64-bit patch of a 32-bit program written for 16-bit machines using 8-bit processors with 4-bit code written by a 2-bit company that can't stand 1 bit of competition.

The Bill and Melissa Gates foundation are re-building a library around the corner from my house...I'm not sure what you mean by that post, but from what I understand they are some of the most generous philanthropists around.

It is none of their damn business how much money I have in the bank.

That can't be legal. It is everyones right to fail at owning a business if they want to.

This is true, BUT they feel a License is not a right.. you have to "qualify" for one
