Default Quote a job?

I need to trench a 130ft long and 18"deep. 1"PVC of the same length with #6 HHNG to a 100amp subpanel.
150ft emt thhn #12 3wire x 150ft each and Three 20 amp arc flash circuits.

How much would be a fair price?

I figured $1850 just in parts....about 25hrs with 2 people....$60 per hr.

Is the hourly rate fair?

your probally not gonna get anywhere with this
your on the right track, know what your material is going to be.
use your best estimate on the hrs (remember your not as fast as you think you are)
and finally, if $60 per hr works for you go for it.
cant be concerned about "fair", whats fair for someone else has little to with what you need to stay in business

I know this post is fairly old now, and the job is probably been done months ago, but for whatever its worth...google "labor units" to help you with estimating jobs.
