I have a (2) bedroom new house lined up for next week

There have been an endless stream of EC stopping by the house and giving prices to wire it without even having a spec sheet

Some are telling the builder right up front they are Union electricians laid off and that is why they can do the house so cheap

Cheapest price was $5500.00 and highest was $13,000.00

I came in at $7800.00 and that was the cheapest price I ever gave for the amount of work I am doing

Got to be in the same ballpark as the others or you sit home

A two bedroom house? That's a small house. I haven't done any work yet for a general contractor and quite honestly I don't ever want to.

Small house, but it has every bell and whistle you can think of.. I told the builder to make it look good and it will sell faster

He listened to me.. I have worked for him before
