Default Computer virus..

On the news just now was a report about a computer virus that infects both Mac and PC users..

You can go to dcwg.org to see if you are infected.. http://www.dcwg.org/

Macs cannot be infected. It's physically impossible. I've been told so.

They're bullet proof but not missile proof.

Let an old man tell you about mac virus's . Seven dust and about a hundred others were very prevalent in the first years when the Mac operating system was first around. Seven dust was a virus created in Hypercard of all things.
Contrary to popular opinion, when Google holds competitions for hackers to bust privacy settings and take over computers of all the different operating systems on purpose for a prize, most times the mac goes down either first or second. The other one broken into either first or second is Windows. Put out any operating system and after a while they will figure out how to break into it, no matter what you do to stop it. That is why Wikileaks got a million so called top secret documents, because there were flaws in the security of the system used. (in that case a human made copies and did an underwear stuff before sneaking out the door , as in the same way a prominent Congressman did to his records a few years back...). No matter the end result is all the same. Now that there are apple stores at every mall, there will be viruses and other malware for the mac os. Bet on it. The real prize though is the IOS, not the MacOS. That one is way more secured right now, but give it some time and presto........ IOS attacks.

There is also something else to think about. The ones who create the malware out there are not always the Russian mafia or Chinese Gmoles. A bunch of it comes out of Virginia. And then you are invited to official sites to get it cleaned off your system. Nuff said.....

I was told by a computer wizard that they can but are less vulnerable due to the way that they have to be infected. Something about actually having to get into the mainframe or so shiz.
