i think i seen somewhere else that the guy is actually dead now but i am not 100 percent sure

I think that it is a triumph of 'Knowledge and respect over complacency and ignorance' if you see what i mean.

eg local Gas Fitter [nightmare] had seen me override contactors in a control panel by 'shoving them in with a screwdriver' [VDE 1000V goes without saying]
He tried to replicate this newly found skill in a Star-Delta starter. Done whilst the motor was running. He now 'no longer' depresses the star contactor when the motor is running and on the whole sticks to Gas Fitting

Good bang-fizz-flash all the same
