Yes, the old evil DHMO. You know, if you inhale even small quantities of the stuff, it can cause drowning? The Navy uses it extensively.

So did the CIA

I heard spit causes cancer but only when swallowed in small amounts over an extended period of time.

Yeah, apparently they use the stuff when they do that waterboarding torture technique. Alot of it too.
