Pushed myself a little harder this time. I'm starting with low reps and more weight for the 1st rounds, then moving to slightly less weight and more reps the 2nd round. Worked out pretty well, I should be sore tomorrow which is the goal.

Came back and ate a delicious beef roast with potatoes, carrots, and jasmine rice and beer.

I'm already noticing a difference on the job, just don't feel tired like I used to, and less back discomfort.

Still at it. I really enjoy working out. I try to go every other day, and at most every 3rd day. Been using the "trap bar" or "hex bar" for trap bar deadlifts, much safer in my opinion because it keeps the weight centered with your body instead of in front of it.

Wife is adjusting our diet to cut out sugar.

We watched the documentary about sugar. We knew it was bad, but the fact the sugar lobby hijacked the US government 4-5 decades ago to deny good research into the negative effects of too much sugar consumption really pissed me off. Just goes to show how the American people are ever exploited.

Working 10's. Haven't been to the gym since Friday. I should go tonight because I've been sitting on my @ss all day hunched terminating wire.

I need some coffee...like I haven't been short enough on sleep already. I always fall off when OT runs week on end.
