I pulled into a parking lot today and saw this ...
This is not perspective, it is out of square as bad as it looks.
My van in the background
The plate appears to be current through 2014 .... not sure the truck will make it.

Hobart was working on the meat grinder and decided to work on the 208V 60A 3PH outlet for it hot.  He is OK but outlet was pretty much toasted.
