Sorry about that, Red. You seemed to be one of the few to show any interest at all in the WS. That's cool that you got to go to game 3. I didn't go to any of the games this time around but saw a whole bunch of World Series and playoff games from 1995-2003.
You would agree that the series was won with the 9th inning Damon at-bat in game 4?

I am suprised their are not more baseball fans on this forum. Stupid play on the Fightin's part, nobody covering third. If Chooch holds on to that foul tip we are out of the inning.

If Hamal hangs on to the 3-0 lead they'd be in the 8th inning right about now.

Hamels really pissed me off this year. Hopefully he makes up for it next year. It kind of sucks that it is all over. The post season was pretty exciting. At least I got to go to one NLCS game and one WS game.

It's a shame that baseball doesn't have a salary cap like the NFL does. This just allows the Yanks to keep on buying and paying the top talent to ensure an unfair advantage to increase the chances of winning plain and simple. If the NFL didn't have a salary cap then basically the Skins or maybe the Cowpatties would be the top 2 teams consistently in the NFL as they both have Vampirical owners who will stop at nothing and throw crazy loot at whatever player they think will get them to the promised land. Especially Dan Snyder. God I'm glad I'm not a Skins fan.

Yup, I just went to that thread. I saw them the other day. I've been to that stadium a couple of times before. Very nice stadium. I haven't been to the new football stadium yet, though.
