Is it even possible to make a clickable signature here?

Yep. Highlight what you want to be the link, click on the link button (the little 'earth' with the chain link, under the smiley face) and enter the URL you want.

You don't need to have the words click here. You can put the link right into the words of the site

Or you can type the words Ink Party and make that the link
