Default local section?

A section for specific parts of the country would be cool.
like a North East section, mid west, west side, and southeast...

Cool Code Sections

If there were a section for each part of the country then it would not be a NATIONAL ELECTRIC CODE

I kind of agree that there are enough specific topic forums. I see some boards with dozens of forums and it gets crazy.
I also like that in some threads we all see how things are done differently in different parts of the country, and world.

Well my thought was if you have a question about the MASSACHUSETTS ELECTRICAL CODE then there will be a forum that local guys can help you out......Also certain AHJ's have certain ways they like things and it would be cool to have a spot to inform/ask about each AHJ's preference.
If we reply in general forum then I think there will be less local attention from local guys when you need local answers.

It does get a little crazy if you break things down to much. Pretty soon you have to scroll WAY down to get ot the bottom of a page.

I think that the Other Codes and standards fits the bill nicely on this one. I think that the vast majority of people on this forum are on NEC. I'm not, but most of the issues here can be dealt with via NEC.

I know some forums have groups you can join by location, types, what ever you are into. Might be nice to bouncy ideas off of guys that are in your industry not just want a bees. I guess that would be a private forum.
