Default Suggestion: Apprenticeship/School Section?

These forums get spammed pretty frequently with questions about joining the trade and applying to apprenticeships/school. Maybe it wouldn't be a bad idea to have a subforum dedicated specifically to that?

Especially since the posters that ask those questions do not seem to come back regularly. It would keep those threads contained and easy to browse for any new comers.

They would still post under the NEC forum.

I was about to create a new thread about the same thing as Frasbee mentions. I agree with him. I finished trade school and Ive been job searching now for about three weeks and at my school's career service department, they only have maintenance job offerings. I however, want to start off from the beginning, i want to get an apprenticeship for becoming an electrician. However it seems that on job sites like monster, career builder and yahoo hot jobs, all only have maintenance job offerings. So my main idea why a new sub forum should be created would be sort of a job search for us to help us get our foot in the door. At least if there was a dedicated place to exchange tips on getting job opportunities. If that was possible then that would be greatly appreciated and used, at least in my situation.

On the bold thick line near the top of the page is a link for "New Posts".
It works really well.
