Default AEG Motor starters

I am looking for a supplier for AEG motor starters and contactors. I already emailed the rep. that comes up on google search. I am hoping to find a supplier in the north east that may have some older models in stock.
I am looking for an SP107, 3 pole, 600v, 150 amp, contactor with overload relay. Thanks.

Why not just use a brand you have access too. A magnetic motor starter is a magnetic motor starter. Just make sure the starter is the correct size and has the correct amount of aux contacts. Be careful with coil voltage, make sure you get the right coil. You may have to drill and tap a couple mounting holes, but it is worth the time. You don't need AEG, they need you. I once did industrial contract work for a living and found many companies and tech's thinking they had the wrong equipment because it was made by another manufaturer. NEMA and IEC each follow the same standards. Try www.wegelectric.com www.benshaw.com www.automationdirect.com All these are very low cost manufacturers, with very good quality.

AEG no longer manufactures the SP line, (as I'm sure you know) and the replacement for the SP107 is the LS75K which is about 1" taller and 1/2" wider.
EE Controls : 845-278-5777 press 0
AEG distributors in NYC :

Manhattan Electric 718-339-5000
Empire Electric 718-232-1555

The engineer I spoke to at EE Controls said they had a replacement starter as well, but it was even bigger than the LS75K.

Good Luck!

Thanks for the info. The reason I wanted to stay with the same model is a mechanical lockout that prevents the second starter from pulling in if the other one has already. The whole panel is pretty tight as it is. They are using one VFD to power two motors.
