Default dwelling calc.
Just want to make sure I am doing this right.I just did a single family dwelling calc. using the optional method.My answer was 24540va.I got the answer right, but just to see the difference I tried the standard method and came up with 33900. Is it supposed to be different. Just want to know since I'm studying for my exam.
