Question Generac 20Kw error message

i put this in General cause nobody's on the resi forum.

The message says "inspect battery". The battery did de-charge at one point ("somebody" left off T1 ), but is now good and everything operates normally, but it still displays the message.

How do you clear the message? BTW, is that Generac guy still on here?

Send a message via Yahoo to brichter

Had the same issue a couple of weeks ago. I disconnected the battery and "inspected it", reconnected the battery and the message was gone.

Looking in the book, there appears to be a maintenance reset menu under edit. Says low battery warning will clear once battery voltage is above 12.4 v.
