Default Generator for gas pumps

We have been asked to price a generator setup for a local convenience store. They want their cash registers, a little interior lighting, and their gas pumps to be served from this generator. The cash registers and lighting seem to be pretty straightforward, but I've not dealt with many gas pumps. There are three different panels and there seem to be loads in each one that will need to be handled. Space is at a premium, but I suppose we could find room for a generator panel and get all those circuits to there.
What kind of load should be anticipated for the pumps and controls? There is a Veeder Root panel in there that I guess has something to do with the pumps and read out. There are 3 double pole 20a breakers for "dispenser" power. One 20a sp breaker for veeder root. One 20a sp breaker for fuel control. One dp 20a breaker that says switched neutral. I'm guessing that is really a sp 20a switched neutral for pump controls or lighting. One sp 20a breaker for "dispenser lights". There are 3 small "isolation boxes", that I don't know anything about. Small contactors in those that could be the pump starters.
I don't know very much at all about dispenser pumps. Are they a big load on start up? These would probably dictate generator size as much as anything.
Am I missing anything critical here for the operation of these items or are there some suggestions for anything else to consider? We will be well away from any classified zones. Thanks in advance.

The gas pumps will not be that big of a load. You did say they are on a 20A breaker right? Depending on the number of pumps, and cash registers, and outside lighting, you could probobaly move all neccesary ckt.s to a panel fed by Xfer switch, and get away w/ a relativleyl small genset....I would use a diesel genset if they sell diesel

The simple thing to do is install your EM panel and feed at most- 2 pole 100 amp breakers to feed each of the pump panels. I would move the veeder root power and registers into the new panel if possible. Your 2 pole breakers are the in ground pumps and the SW breakers are all of the dispensers. You can use 200 amp panel for all of these items. The ISO boxes should be in the pump panels if not, put those in your EM panel along with the lights ( the lights should be on a SW Breaker also).
