Default Georgia non restricted electrical license exam

Has anyone taken the GA non restricted electrical exam recently? I take it next week. Any suggestions or comments that may help me?

Not recently, back in 94.
Get a good nights sleep, take all the books they allow you to take, answer the questions you know the answers to first. If it hasn't changed, you have 4 hours to answer 80 questions, then lunch, then another 4 hours to answer another 80 questions. 10 questions in each block do not count, as these are "test" questions, but you do not know which ones they are. You have a chance to question each question on a form, but not enough time.
My book was tabbed and highlight, and they never said a word. No loose papers allowed in the code book

Take your time, and Good Luck.

Where is the test, and where are you located?

Thanks for the advise. The test will be given at the Renissance Concourse Hotel in Atlanta. Im in Columbus. I wish i could see a copy of the test before i took it. That would make me feel alot better.

Im a Parrothead also!

Like jbfan said I took mine 1 year ago and your code book can be highlighted and tabbed ( but not homemade looking tabs )
Be sure that you bring every reference that they allow including the one on GA law The UGLYS book was probally the most used other than the code book. Dont forget the tax book that they allow (you can download it) I also took with me the Electricalc calculator (it was allowed)
Let us know how it went
