When should I use a grounding bushing? Is there a general rule?

You bet there are rules but they have a lot of ins and outs you should really read the rules from the book yourself.

For starters take a look at 250.90, 250.92, 250.94, 250.96, and 250.97


.92 and .97 are the ones most of us run into most often.
