Default hep finding courses

hi , im involved in cctv, have done electrical work in the past, but looking to get some quolifications , as i think i will nedd it for the future, so looking at the bet way to get on a coures, and the best course to go on to become a quollified electrician , and what certificats i need to give out , mainly domestic, or small commercial, appriciate any help guys

sorry meant to say i live in liverpool so any where in the north west, and a crash course type, if ther is one , belive u have to do the part p first , but not to shure and anuther two corses or somthing
