Beckley West VA.

You are going for your West VA. Journeymen's Electrical License?

You have the sufficient years to qualify?

The West VA Journeymen’s test is (or was when I took it) very tough.

I go to the fayette institute of tech its a vocational school and if you put two years in there you can take it when your reach your needed hours, I'm also a certified firefighter and certified EMT so I like to challenge myself but I want a career in the electrical field more than anything

I say Kudos’ to the OP, as this is pretty decent start on a career. I also say crap to the state, as someone that got their first license at 20/21, I was hardly ready.
