Got a call around twelve. Grills are down. Didn't get the back up and running till almost two am. Interlock breaker tripping that makes sure the vent is on before the grills will come on. A bad relay

Those service calls suck no matter what the money is..

You get home say 3am.. and it takes you another (2) hours to unwind and fall a sleep..

The next day you are running on 50% because sleep pattern is all screwed up..

But it goes with the job and it is good to have the work..

Stole one off a second fryer vent so they only had one fry area but they need the grill the most. No grill no big macs. This morning o e of their service hands are going to get one off some old equipment and change it himself. Haven felt the greasy since I was sixteen and working fries at Wendy's

I have a couple of hand tools that should never rust with all the grease that's on them now

That's why I don't advertise 24/7 service calls. Let someone else suffer for them.

A friend of mine owns the local chain. I don't do service call. I keep my number out of the phone boom for that reason. But it's hard to keep your number away from friends or friends friends.
