Default Looking for books.

Not sure if this is the right place, when I signed up it mentioned something about professionals versus DIY, well technically I am not either, I'm an Apprentice Signal Electrician for RailCorp over here in Australia (doing Cert III Electrotechnology).

I am looking for advice on a general electrical book (for learning and later reference, I want to eventually gear up to electrical engineering later in life), being an absolute beginner in any electrical field I need something from start to as far as they can go :P.

Also I am looking for book focused on electrical math, or even math that electricians generally use more specifically, mostly as a reference so I know what I need to brush up on.

For the most part I need these 2 types of books so that I can walk on into my studying and actually have a clue as to what is going on and just generally have some knowledge about me instead of going in blind.

Any help and advice is greatly appreciated!

Ugly's electrical references is a good book for calculations.

This book has some useful info also, although you're in Australia, some of the info will be useful.
