Default PLC for christmas lights

who's using a plc to run their christmas lights? i started looking into it, but for next year. i just happened to ask our instructor about it one day after i started reading about them, and he brought his up for us to see.

what would be the reason to running christmas lights off of a plc? sounds expensive

Sorta like what I do to my house every year.. Well.. mine is more more like a string of LED lights around the eves plugged into a timer.. but close.

i have no intentions of doing anything as huge as the wizards of christmas haha. but you can do a simple set that will out do most of the neighbors.

I did some wireing for a guy that has a set up like that here in town. His plays over the radio so people can sit in there car and listen....He spent around 1800 with me. He has around 25000 in his yearly show that spans 3 houses

Lights-O-Rama is the one that's usually used for those. There's another manufacturer that I can't remember right now I'll have to look it up and post it.
