Default portion of email I sent today from todays troubleshoot.

Each of those 11 lights had minimum 6 150 watt lamps plus I think the six big ones in the middle had one extra each for a total of 10800 watts divide that by 120 volts. I dare you. Now this is on three breakers that were changed from 20's to 30's. I can almost guarantee since the breakers were not stacked one on top of the other that they were not phased correctly. So that means the neutral probably had a solid 60 amps running through it when the lights were on, possible 90! I will bet that each chandelier light socket was probably rated at 60 watt max maybe 75 but at if they were 100 watters it would draw 20 amps exactly on each circuit.
Luckily I was able to reach one chandelier on the balcony which was the main feed through for the row of lights not working, what I found was the white wire so burned that it will have to be completely replaced. Along with the feeder wires that were extremely overheated.

This is at a church with a 35-40' ceiling.

Sorry no pics, I took my camera out a couple of nights ago. I will be back there to get some current measurements and to discuss replacing all the chandeliers with something a little greener.
