Default Power Grid ?

I was wonder what the power grid in your are i s like? Is It overloaded? In a lot of areas around the Chicago suburbs it seems the power grid is insufficient. We get many service calls where the customers complains of power surges and phase loss, also less power.

We'll check all the connections on house and meter side, amp probe conductors and everything usually checks out.We found in Palatine Com Ed had the wrong type of transformer supplying the subdivision. Com Ed fixed the problem there but other places still seem overloaded.

Hows your area?
