Default Quadraplex receptacle?

Removed this one the other day from a bathroom that was being remodeled. I guess you'd call it a quadraplex receptacle? It bears the GE brand. What's sorta funny (or sad) is that it says on both the front and the back "white" on the neutral side. They had the black terminated there. It was also backstab only. No terminal screws whatsoever. That would probably put it as being from the early to mid 70's, maybe?

(Dang. I really gotta get a camera that does decent close-ups.)

Step back 3 feet and zoom in. Or just take the picture from 3 feet and crop it.

Is there actually room to plug 4 things into that? Skinny plugs like lamps?

I guess so. I tried some replacement 2-prong cord caps, and I can get 4 to fit. I keep a skinny replacement 2-prong cord cap on the truck for replacing the odd bath fan motor with a generic skeleton motor. Some people want you to fix a lamp here and there while you're at the house too, so I have a couple-few lamp repair parts in a little box. Whatever they want to pay for, I'm selling....

Nope, don't even own PhotoShop. If we ever meet, I'll make it a point to bring it along.
