Default Replacing old Mag T12 with electronic Ballast

For single pin tombstones, the old connections have a white and black wire at one end. Do I connect the red from the ballast to the black and ignore the white wire (at the tombstone) while connecting the blue to the other end?

Wire it just as it is drawn on the ballast. You're going to have to do some rewiring to make it work. If I were you I'd rewire it and test it with lamps before putting the ballast cover back on. Good luck.

Diagram on Ballast only covers new connections. Shows to connect Hot & Neutral to ballast feed.
Old connections have a hot (Black) & Neutral (white) going to one end of the lamp.
Do I ignore the old connections of the neutral to the tombstones ( cap or disconnect them)

Ignore old and rewire to new ballast requirements. It will have a picture and colors.

Default sparky?

victor I gotta tell you at this point I dont think any one is gonna walk you through this step by step. The ballast has a diagram on it, a simple diagram at that, and if you are unable to read or follow it I doubt you are an electrician. Wire it as the diagram shows

Nope, his profile says repair technician.

If he can't figure out something this simple I see some magic smoke release in his future.
