Default Step lighting nightmare.....

My old boss is hiring us to install step lights in a couple of staircases. He asked my ,to come out there this morning to help him determine where them power source for the lights was coming from. The demo crew had torn up some conduits when removing the old stairs, so now we had to trace it all out. I pushed the fish tape through each of the three 1/2" PVC conduit stubs, and they all went in about the same distance, relative to their distance from each other ( they all seemed to be about 20' from a common location.). I suggested a hurried junction box and stuck my ear to the ground as he jammed the fish tape back and forth. I heard that familiar "leader through PVC" noise, and we found our box, about 20" under ground. I'm thinking that's gonna be an extra

Does this site have some agreement with the Jerry Lewis Telethon to allow people like Red(theman)Liz and Pond(s)cum to hang out here?

They should have their franchise rights revoked because they are clearly violating the franchise rules.
