What a freak
When this first happened to me, I wasn't sure if I was going to post this here or not. It's been a few days, and I'm not as freaked out about it, although it really scared me, and I had trouble sleeping for a few days, So here goes:
On the way home about 5:30 on 10/29 I received a call asking if I gave free estimates. I told him "yes, I give free estimates for most projects."What do you have going on? He responded, well the wiring is old and dangerous. You need to see it. Can you come right now?. I said "No, 'm on the way home to drop a few things off, but I can come out later. OK, "I'll be there at 7:00
6:55 I knock on the door. No answer. Knock again,,,,,The door unlocks, unlatches, and swings open about an inch, barely a good crack to see in. A voice says, "Come on in". I bent down to pick up my tool bag I had beside me. By the time I stood up, and pushed the door open, the room was empty. I yelled out,,,,where'd you go?,,,,,,,,,reply from someone I have not seen yet,,,,,,Come on in the back,,,I'm in the back. I walked to the voice in the backroom, I enter the room and immediately see porn on the TV,,,,,,,,,a HUGE homemade sign on the wall written on construction paper and magic marker, that says "I"LL SUCK YOUR C**K",,,,,,and the man who called me is in the floor,,,,,buck naked,,,,,masturbating and groaning. I sprung back like a cat,,,,,ran out of the house breaking through the back door,,,,,and jumped in the van.(later realized I lost my meter) He's lucky I did not kill him. I was mainly worried about putting distance between him and I,,,not retaliating against him. When I called the cops,,,it turns out he's already the suspect in a 13 state child porn investigation. HE had child porn on his computer. My complaint against him sped up the investigation and allowed them to seize his computer. His house was raided and he was arrested this morning. Everybody be careful with strange new customers.

I was putting in an outlet for some "computers" in a russian strip club owner's condo in the quarter and the 19y/o girl was nekkid when i went in - way cooler scenario than the one you posted

A ripoff (or rip-off) is a bad financial transaction. Usually it refers to an incident in which a person overpays for something.. whether or not something is a ripoff, on the other hand, is in the eye of the beholder. (the guys on this forum who don't see a problem) Example.. Paying $6450.00 for a simple 150A service change, which is 4X the going rate

At first, They weren't sure how they were gonna handle it. They debated getting me to call him and ask for my meter. Then they debated having me go back in wearing a wire and camera. They eventually just arrested him for indescent exposure. The UC thing would have been cool.

You should of called a guy off Craigs list and see if he was interested in some work

When they raided,,,,they did not find it. I asked the cops what could I do about it. They basically said,,,well,,,he didn't steal it,,,you lost it. So there's really nothing I can do. He cost me a meter I've had for 15 years

It is easy for us to laugh about it , but I bet that really freaked you out. Sounds like you need to buy you a hand gun before you replace that meter.

i was setting up the power for the camera's for the adult websites - the owner was a friend of a friend type deal - and these girls are pro's so no thank you
