I saw a guy slowly peddling on a bike path that was 250 feet from the nearest roadway going about 1 mile an hour . He had on a gray streamline bike helmet with racing stripes on it.

He's kneeling over the X. There's always an anvil, safe, or piano tied overhead with a rope. I saw it on TV. Never stay over the X without head protection.

Safety glasses are apparently optional, though.

None of these people are wearing hard hats or safety glasses. We need tougher laws. They look like employee's to me.

He got the nice clean job inside and in an electrical closet no less, and yet he's not wearing the tell-tale kneepads.

Further to post 3:
Top left pipe has :
1 blk, 1 blu, 2 reds, 1 wht, 1 grn
Pipe beside it has:
1 blk, 1 blu, 1 wht, 1 grn

Then like @RunningSparky said, the b&c phases appear to be reversed.

The right hand panel may be too close to the wall
Panels may be too close to each other
And as others have said, phase labels, safety glasses

It is mandatory all over.

I don't 'get' the left panel.

So few C/B spaces...

The 'blame' must fall upon the EEs.

Everything about it smells of (EE) Plans and Specifications.

I, personally, would never want my j-man working so near to un-mounted dead-fronts.

I absolutely don't 'get' the cross phasing I see in the left panel.

At the top Black-Blue-Red

At the bottom Black-Red-Black -- did someone run out of phase tape ?

As for the very weird industrial switch cover -- mounted -- but without a switch -- this is a sequencing that I would not permit on my jobs. My (apprentice) troops routinely mounted (specification grade) switches to industrial covers before they left my direct control.

The general cleanliness and illumination are extraordinary. It looks like a fake build.

Whoops... I'm too slow to post. Heh.
