Hey buddy,

Yeah those spa panels are a great deal. I actually sold this breaker for $85, once again on Amazon, those QO's are pricey. The guy who bought it asked me for another, saying he needed two for his house, I didn't ask what he needed them both for.

What percentage does Amazon charge you on a small sale like this?

Hey man,

I believe there are a few exceptions, but mainly Amazon charges 15% for goods sold. Having Amazon do the shipping for you (Fulfillment By Amazon) is usually the way to go as they have super low shipping rates, in this case though I held onto the breaker in case someone here wanted it.

Thanks I have never tried to sell anything through them.

What do they do with shipping, send you a label you print out yourself?

Yo,

First you have to set up a seller's account, you then send them your item(s), (Like you said, you print up a UPS label and tape it to your package, they take the fee out of your account. As I mentioned, their shipping fees are much lower than if you were to ship the package on your own. For example, I just sent them a 16lb package for less than $6) In addition to the 15% sales fee, they also charge you a packaging, shipping, and storage fee, it's pretty fair considering they do everything for you. I left some details out but that's it in a nutshell. PM me if you have any questions.
