I know you're trying to save money, but honestly, it will cost as much to ship that stuff as it costs.

Agreed. It's like trying to sell a 19" TV on ebay. You may pay $25 less for it, but it'll cost you $50 to ship it.

You might be better served to trawling your local Craig's List ads. At least you can drive and get the stuff, and have a chance to look it over before you fork out the cash. We're in a unique period of time here, where the stuff on CL is less likely to be stolen, since so many people are hard up for cash and are selling legitimately obtained tools.

People actually own legitimately obtained tools?

I realize I could go buy at the supply house, and I probably will. I just thought that sinse the topic is swap, that maybe someone, by small chance, was within a few hours drive. Im constantly between Charlotte and Tampa, and if there are some commercial guys that are slow, maybe they would want to get rid of some extra stuff.

Thanks for the info on shipping- 480 and MD. As usuall, you guys are on your game.
Oh by the way................no ****
