Default Ad-hoc air-filter - motor confusion - help?

Hello;

I'm a Computer Analyst and our Computer Room (CR) is getting a lot of dust while construction takes place near our CR.

"We" (our single shop Electrician (a great guy) - and myself, when I say "we" I mean "him", but I'm trying to help..) ordered a simple blower and contracted a simple filter-box to install it in.

The room has 220V AC wall-socket. We wish to wire a cord-end to the motor to run the FB for a short-time while the construction takes place.

We bought this "Singlephase AC Motor with Capacitor":

(220V - 50/60Hz - 0.84/0.85A - 190/190W)

When we got it back, he didnt know how to wire it correctly. He did try, however, it ran -- but _very_ slowly.

The specs for the fan are here;

I told him I'd try and find him some "help"...I'm trying to save him from our boss' hassle for burning $350 on a motor that he cant return...

Currently, the wall-socket is wired for 15A at 220V. It is wired with a 3-prong socket in Ontario, Canada.

Any help would be greatly appreciated -- we're dying in dust, and our guy seems to be a little confused -- any help?

Thanks-in-advance to everyone.
