Default lighting control suggestions

Looking for some opinions on a decent lighting control system for a fair amount of money. Ive got two big houses to do, and the archtect is giving an allowance of 25k and 30k respectivly. Ive done light touch, and just seems very expensive. Its not going to work in these budgets
Any suggestions would help. thanks

LuTron's RadioRa and AuroRA would be a couple options.

You can email the prints to Lutron and they will engineer a solution for your budget at no charge. Takes all the thinking out of it.
