Thanks again guys,

I guess I should give a little info about myself.

I am an owner/operator of a 3rd generation family owned business. We are an open shop and mainly commercial/light industrial in a small to medium sized market here in Ontario. Generally running about 35-40 guys at any given time, and can ramp to as high as 50 depending on work demands. Grandfather started the company after settling after the second world war, working mainly on local farms and cottages. Seen some changes over the years, but we have a tight little outfit that seems to keep rolling along.

It was mainly the topics concerning bonus and compensation, along with a few other admin questions that really got me to sign up. some really good ideas floating around. Seems to be some very capable guys giving their input here.
