Default Conduit bends

Just wondering if the EMT rule of no more the the equivalent four 90 degree bends applied to EMT bending when either communication or low voltage control wiring is being pulled in the pipe?

Thanks, Justin

Not sure about the CEC, but the NEC doesn't have any exception.

Why would you want to? We pull a lot of control wire for temp. control and that wire will pull just as hard as THHN when pulling through 180+ degrees.
