Portable CO2 meter.
Not uncommon for me to have 2- 300# of CO2 in my van, and when driving for 3-5 hours, I like to know if they are leaking.
Oh ya, Clothes too. for those impromptu service calls.

How about ping pong balls and cups (I don't carry alcohol in the truck but may as well be ready to play a game),
a fishing rod (I start every Wednesday morning during spring and summer fishing at 5am),
and truck nuts (took them off the back when I started working out of my truck).

Aaaaaha Ha ha ha!
Reminds me of the question: Why do Kiwis (New Zealanders) always wear those black rubber boots on the farm?

I always carry a dust pan, a broom, a garbage box and some cleaning cloths.
You would be amazed at how many homeowners are surprised I even care about cleaning my mess after Im done at their place. Apparently its a rarity!!

I carry a fire plug wrench. Its an old Philly tradition to hop under the fire plug when it hits the mid 90's. Plus the local car wash is up to like 12 bucks plus tip. lol

I still have a tool from the first job I ever worked on as an Electrician, it's a Red handled genuine Robertson screw driver, still in good shape but I dont use it, its just for good luck.
