Default Discoonect before entering building/accessory structure

In this months magazine of ECM, the question of a disco for a feeder or branch circuit was required before entering a building was addressed. I'm in the van now a don't have my code book. As well as wiring a Cabana as we speak. Am I still allowed to have a main breaker panel with in the cabana as my means of disco or do I need to install it outdoors before entering the building.

i do beleive it is 225.32. Same wording as a service disconnect. Outside or inside nearest the point of entry for the conductors. Also it has to be service rated. Unless you are outside of the building, such as bring it up from the slab in the middle, as long as your concrete is atleast 2" thick.
